Matthew Latowski

Matthew Latowski’s practice focuses on mineral rights transactions, mineral ownership due diligence, permitting issues, development agreements, and other matters affecting the coal and oil and gas industries. His practice also includes real estate law and secured transactions. He is active in the Indiana Oil and Gas Association and the Tri-State chapter of the American Association of Professional Landmen. Among his mineral development work, Mr. Latowski is a co-author of the published opinion construing Indiana’s Dormant Mineral Act in Stinson v. Woodock, 65A01-1311-PL-501 (Ind.Ct.App.2014).

Mr. Latowski is a 2003 graduate of Indiana University, earning his B.A. He graduated from the Indiana University – Bloomington School of Law in 2006.
